Primary Duties
The Technical Support/Warranty Coordinator provides administrative support to the entire Technical Support department, processing Warranty claims, filing time sensitive documentation and planning needs. Maintain and collect information that is of relevance to technical staff for Hyundai FL Technical Support.
Responsibilities:
Review warranty registration and Personal Information Agreement forms for accuracy.
Maintains information in an organized manner for distribution into the company network drive.
Process Warranty registrations.
Assist Technical Support team with warranty claim filing and processing as required.
Enter warranty requests and other warranty information into SAP system and provide backup documentation to Accounting Department as needed.
Document and track credit memo filings for warranty claims filed by dealers.
Assists dealer personnel in proper submission of warranty registration and claims.
Invoice suppliers/Vendors for all applicable warranty claims.
Help as needed with the RGAs process.
Provide support to Technical Support MGR as well as Director of Aftermarket with requests from dealers for any technical or warranty related issues.

The work environment is a non-smoking office environment. No heavy lifting required. Mostly sitting with computer and phone usage. Accommodation will be made for handicapped employee. Minimal to no travel is required for this position.
